ORDERS FAQ

 

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Your order will be shipped in the order that it is received. You will receive your package approximately 4 to 7 business days after that - unless it is an international shipment.

 

How will my order be shipped?

All Continental US orders will be shipped with UPS or USPS, whichever is quicker. For more specific information, please visit our shipping policy pages.  For a price estimate and tracking information please visit UPS: www.ups.com.

 

Please note, deliveries to PO Boxes or APO's are shipped by USPS only and can take between 1-3 weeks for delivery.

 

How can I track my order once it has shipped?

A tracking number will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation email.  

It may take up to 24 hours before a tracking number is registered in the UPS and USPS systems.

 

Why was my order cancelled?

You may have made a duplicate order. When this happens we cancel one of the orders to make sure that you were not charged twice.

You may have failed to respond, in a timely fashion, to an important email. Often these emails relate to verifying your information, or completing payment.

If you have any questions about your canceled order, please contact us with your name & invoice number.

 

Do you ship product on the weekend?

We currently do not ship product on the weekend. All product will be shipped Monday to Friday (excluding USA bank holidays).

 

When are you getting more stock in?

This is different from item to item. There is no definitive answer, but please contact CustServ@starterblacklabel.com with any stock-related questions.

 

PAYMENT FAQ

 

How do I order using a credit card?

Select the item you wish to purchase. Select the color and size you want, and click "Add To Cart."

The shopping cart will be updated with the contents of your cart. Every item that you add to your cart will be reflected in your shopping cart. If you wish to change what's in your shopping cart, you can click the "view cart" button. In this area you can make the changes needed.

When you are ready to make a purchase, please click the "Check Out" button.

There are 2 easy steps to checking out:

  • Step #1 Enter in a valid email address, billing information and phone number. Billing information will need to match your credit card billing address (entered on next step). By default your billing and shipping information are the same. If not, uncheck the box titled, Ship items to the above billing address and fill in your shipping information.
  • Step #2 Review your order for completeness. Select a shipping method and provide your payment information. Click SUBMIT ORDER and you are done! You will receive a confirmation email shortly thereafter with all the information on the confirmation page.

What forms of payment are accepted?  

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB

 

I think I was charged twice - what should I do?

When an order is placed, our system will automatically authorize your card for the amount of your purchase. Sometimes, if there are any technical hiccups in the ordering process (perhaps you entered your billing address wrong and had to re-submit it), our system will authorize your card more than once. These authorizations are only “pending” charges and will not be debited from your account. Expect these “pending” charges to drop off your bill within 2-3 business days.

If you still see un-accounted charges on your credit card statement after 2-3 business days, please contact STRATER BLACK LABEL directly.

RETURNS FAQ 

 

How do I get an RA# to do a Return?

Please see our Returns Policy. If you have any trouble creating your Return Authorization (RA) number, please contact customer service. CustServ@starterblacklabel.com

 

Do I have to pay shipping for my return items? 

Yes, you will be responsible for getting the item back to us. Exchange items sent back to you will be sent for free.

 

When I request an exchange, will the item be held for me?

When your exchange is setup we place your item on hold. Although we do attempt to hold your item, we cannot 100% guarantee that our warehouse will be able to successfully hold your item so we suggest that you ship your item back as soon as possible.

 

How can I check my return status?

You will be emailed when your returned item arrives at our warehouse.

We will notify you again (within 7 business days) when your return or exchange has been completed.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once we have received your return at our warehouse, it should take approximately 7 business days to complete.

 

Can I receive a refund if I return an item? 

Yes, but only if your return request is made within 14 days of your original order. For items returned within 30 days, we can only offer store credit.

 

I received a Damaged Item what do I do?
