STARTER BLACK LABEL - Privacy Policy

Returns at STARTER BLACK LABEL can be processed easily. Follow these easy steps to process a return.

  1. Call us or email us to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. (Contact Info below)
  2. Send the unused/unopened items back to our warehouse within 14 days to get a refund. Return the items within 30 days and receive store credit or exchange. (Shipping costs are non-refundable)
  3. Returns are not authorized after 30 days.

Return Authorization

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You have 14 days upon receipt to set up your RA for a refund, you may exchange an item within 30 days upon receipt for another item or store credit.
  • Your return must be shipped within 3 days of the RA being generated. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • All returns must have an RA number, clearly visible on the outside of the package. This RA number must also be written on the original invoice, which must be included with the returned merchandise.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in touch to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at CustServ@starterblacklabel.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your product was received defective or damaged, please contact us to process the exchange. Send an email to CustServ@starterblacklabel.com. You will need to ship back the defective item. We will cover all shipping costs for defective or damaged exchanges. Once we get the defective or damaged item, we can then process the exchange and send your like item to you. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Shipping

Unless we made a mistake on your order, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
