Shipping Policy

Please review your order for accuracy prior to submitting. If you need to make a change to your shipping address once your order has been processed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping within the USA

All orders are shipped by UPS or USPS. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the size and weight of your package, as well as, geographical location. We use real time price quotes for all orders.

Free Shipping on orders - Contiguous US Only

STARTER BLACK LABEL will pay to ship any order inside the contiguous US. Free shipping will be UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail, whichever is quicker, anywhere in the contiguous United States only. If your ship to address is within the contiguous US, Free Shipping will automatically be your shipping option. If you still need your order expedited, other shipping options are available, and regular charges will apply.

Standard Shipping

All orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS, unless otherwise selected at checkout. Please allow 3-7 business days for standard shipping, depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Expedited Shipping

Next Day shipping is available on orders placed before 2PM EST. The item(s) should be delivered by 7PM the next business day.

Two Day shipping is available on orders placed before 2PM EST. The item(s) should be delivered by 7PM the second business day.

Expedited Shipping is available to customers in the contiguous United States only. It is not available in Alaska, Hawaii or internationally.

Expedited Shipping orders must be placed before 2PM EST to go out the same day. Expedited Shipping orders placed after 2PM on a Friday, or on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Packages are shipped out on business days. The following are holidays and considered to be non-business days:
